Se vendió el Complejo Casino de Necochea por $4.878 millones

En un acto breve en el Salón de Actos municipal, el empresario Oscar Merlo ratificó la oferta en representación de "A Toda Vela Mar S.A.".

Hace instantes concluyó en el Salón de Actos "Domingo J. Taraborelli" del Palacio Municipal la histórica subasta pública del Complejo Casino de Necochea. Tal como se preveía, el emblemático y deteriorado edificio fue adjudicado formalmente a su único oferente inscripto: la firma “A Toda Vela Mar S.A.”.

El empresario Oscar Merlo, máxima cabeza de la corporación y reconocido inversor de la región, estuvo presente en el recinto y aceptó formalmente el valor base fijado en $4.878.000.000 de pesos para avanzar con la millonaria adquisición y el posterior desarrollo urbanístico del predio estratégico.
