Denunciaron a Fernando Cerimedo y a su Esposa por Encubrimiento en la Causa de la ANDIS

El abogado Gregorio Dalbón presentó una denuncia ante la Justicia para que se investigue al consultor Fernando Cerimedo y a su esposa, Natalia Basil, por el delito de encubrimiento. El pedido surge luego de que Cerimedo reconociera, en su declaración como testigo, que conocía un presunto esquema de corrupción en la Agencia Nacional de Discapacidad (ANDIS) y no lo denunciara.

En su escrito, presentado ante el fiscal Franco Picardi, Dalbón solicita que se investigue a la pareja por no haber informado a las autoridades sobre los hechos ilícitos de los que tuvieron conocimiento.

La denuncia se basa en que Cerimedo, a pesar de haber ratificado que el extitular de la ANDIS, Diego Spagnuolo, le había hablado de un circuito de coimas, no cumplió con su obligación legal de denunciar. El abogado también incluyó a la esposa de Cerimedo, Natalia Basil, señalando que su posición de exDirectora Nacional de Apoyos y Asignaciones Económicas de la ANDIS le otorgaba un "deber de denunciar" aún mayor.
