Procesan al Jefe de Seguridad de Nordelta por Obstrucción de la Justicia

El juez federal Sebastián Casanello procesó a Ariel De Vicentis, jefe de seguridad de Nordelta, por presuntamente obstruir la justicia. La medida se debe a que el acusado habría obstaculizado el procedimiento de allanamiento en el que se ordenó secuestrar los celulares de los hermanos Kovalivker, dueños de la droguería Suizo Argentina.

Según fuentes judiciales, la decisión se basó en la evidencia encontrada, que incluye mensajes que revelarían un "protocolo no escrito" sobre "cómo no colaborar con las fuerzas de seguridad" en casos de allanamientos.

El procesamiento de De Vicentis es parte de la investigación por supuestos sobornos en la Agencia Nacional de Discapacidad (ANDIS).
