Denuncian a Mlei y Caputo por "malversación fondos públicos"

Es por haber favorecido la compra de divisas a 1.097,50 pesos por dólar, cuando ya sabían que habría una banda de flotación de entre 1.000 y 1.400 pesos.

El abogado Leonardo Martinez denunció al presidente de la Nación, Javier Gerardo Milei, al Ministro de Economía, Luis Caputo y al directorio del Banco Central de la República Argentina (BCRA) por la liquidación de 398 millones de dólares el viernes.

El letrado le imputa a Milei, Caputo y al directorio del BCRA, el delito de malversación de fondos públicos al haber favorecido la compra de divisas a 1.097,50 pesos por dólar, cuando ya sabían que el Poder Ejecutivo iba a anunciar un cambio en el sistema cambiario con una banda de flotación de entre 1.000 y 1.400 pesos por dólar.

Martínez Herrero pidió pericias para conocer la identidad de todos los compradores favorecidos e incluso el allanamiento del BCRA, además, solicitó la intervención de la Corte Suprema de Justicia.
